Access denied in a folder in D:\
how do we undo the folder and file permissions which are set on a folder in D:\ drive. I'm not able to access any file or folder which is present in that folder of the D:\ drive. The problem which i am facing while trying to change the permissions is - " STOPPING THE PROPAGATION OF PERMISSION SETTING LEADS TO AN INCONSISTENT STATE, IN WHICH SOME OBJECTS HAVE THE SETTINGS BUT OTHERS DON'T. IF YOU MADE THE CHANGE BY MISTAKE YOU SHOULD APPLY THE CORRECT CHANGE IMMEDIATELY TI ACHIEVE A CONSISTENT STATE " what should i do next ?

Hi Rishit, Please try taking ownership of the folder by referring to this article and see if the issue can be resolved: Take Ownership of a File or Folder Also, you can refer to this article: Troubleshoot "access denied" when opening files or folders Hope this helps.
